Governance that runs inside your Microsoft tenant. Committees make decisions and the database locks the approved ones. The audit trail builds as work happens.

SteadyState suite
In development: twelve small operations apps on SharePoint lists in your tenant: assets, audit, board, compliance, expenses, expiry, facilities, incidents, onboarding, purchases, vendors and visitors. The Hub will put their dates on one calendar.
SteadyState Hub will be free and will install without a license key.

Competency tracking and learning management built for complex organizations.
- Each role lists the competencies it requires, and the record shows who holds them.
- Certifications come due with a reminder before they lapse.
Idea
Provisioning
Identity lifecycle management for external systems of record, inside your Microsoft tenant. Grants and removals follow the Entra ID group, with an approval record.
- Access reviews ask each owner to confirm who still needs access.
- Sensitive requests wait for an approver before anything is granted.
