A 90-second demo in your browser

Confirm if SteadyState is right for you.

Put on multiple hats in the simulation below to understand our approach. Then, review how we keep your data secure and walk through a pricing estimate.

Sample data

Same product, sample data changed for context.

No data is recorded from your exploration below.

Walk a decision through governance, playing multiple people. Then try to circumvent the process.

This is the lifecycle of every SteadyState decision, including with the refusal message we return when process isn't followed. You will play the role of the requester, committee members, and the person who attempts to retroactively adjust the record.

Simplified interactive demonstration. Representative of the SteadyState Decision workflow; some visuals simplified.

Business justification

One managed solution. Under an hour to set up.

SteadyState is a managed solution for Microsoft 365, headed to AppSource. It installs into a Power Platform environment your organization controls.

Install from AppSource
At full launch, your admin clicks Get it now and Microsoft handles billing and license assignment in the Microsoft 365 admin center, the same way Office seats work. Early adopters install the managed solution directly today.
Three setup steps
Assign the admin security role, then create your first committee and add members. Optional Teams notifications can be turned on later.
Three working surfaces
A home dashboard with your pending decisions and KPIs. A decision workspace with briefing, approval, and amendment tabs. A meeting workspace with prep, facilitate, and recap phases.

Your data lives in your Microsoft tenant. We do not process or store your information.

SteadyState runs entirely inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, on your Dataverse environment, under your existing security, backup, and compliance boundary. Your records stay in your Dataverse environment. SteadyState Technologies has no account in your tenant.

Where is data processed and stored?
Your own Dataverse environment, in your tenant's region.
Vendor lock-in
Your data is in standard Dataverse tables. Export it anytime with standard Microsoft tooling.

What stays in your tenant, in detail

Seats are for participants.

A seat is for someone who drafts decisions, votes, chairs meetings, or owns follow-up actions. People without a seat need no SteadyState license. Anyone can share a verdict with them by Teams or email. Opening the record in the app needs a seat.

Organization type

Seats are per person – a trustee on three committees is one seat.

Governance participants20

20 seats come to $400 a month, plus about $100 a month to Microsoft for Power Apps.

Annual billing will be available on AppSource. For large or multi-entity deployments, private plans carry custom per-seat rates on the same Microsoft billing rails – contact us.
There are no implementation fees. Governance recommendations are complimentary.

Your questions answered

What if we need to change an approved decision?
You amend it. Amend drafts a new decision linked to the original and routes it through the same approval. On approval, the original is automatically marked Superseded and remains in the register.
Can anyone bypass the decision lock?
SteadyState System Override is a break-glass security role your administrator can grant. When auditing is on for the environment, every change it permits is captured in the audit log.
Where does our data live, and what do you see?
Your Dataverse environment, your tenant, your region. We see nothing – there is no vendor-hosted service in the architecture. Support is diagnostic-script-based and runs under your control.
What does it cost beyond SteadyState seats?
Each participant needs a Power Apps license from Microsoft (~$5/user/month per-app plan, or existing Power Apps Premium). Voting and approvals happen inside SteadyState itself. Optional Teams notifications can be turned on later and use the Microsoft 365 licenses you already have. People without a seat need no SteadyState license. Anyone can share a verdict with them by Teams or email.
What do we need from IT to get started?
A Power Platform environment and an admin who can set aside 30 to 60 minutes: SteadyState installs as a single managed solution into a Power Platform environment you control, then a three-step getting-started checklist. Uninstalling removes the solution.
